Trick to get player/staff to agree into negotiating a contract

Once when i was playing FM15 I was so frustrated to not getting some free agents that i was interested in to agree into negotiating a contract even for a huge amount of wages and clauses offered. After that i just randomly clicked here and there and then guess what? I've found a very easy trick to get them to agree, but it still depended on some things. These images are just a few proofs ;-)

I'm managing Negeri Sembilan in the Malaysian League and its impossible to persuade the mighty Pep to become my asst manager.

I'd never used editor. This is simply a bug in FM14. But i'm pretty sure it can be used in all series of FM. If anyone interested i would love to tell how it works.
