Trouble Dloading the tactics

I used to download tactics from this site with no problems, now for some reason it doesn't work anymore, everytime I go to download something it opens up MiniDM which I don't want to happen because since that's been used for download management it's not let me download Rar files properly. It's really annoying me, however I downloaded the Tactics and Theorems book with no problem and was able to extract it properly, with this new MiniDM it doesn't let you choose where you want to download it to.

Try disabling MiniDM. I'm sure you don't need a download manager to download tiny tactic files.

I've tried, there's no where to get rid of it, I've looked everywhere, it's connected to IE7, I changed to firefox and that just has it's own stupid download manager which pretty much does the same thing.

Thanks mate, I tried Google Chrome, had a few problems as well as trying to work it out but in the end it finally worked.
