Trouble starting Football Manager

Hi there,

I've been playing football manager since the day it came out and havn't had ANY problems whatsoever... However recentley (last saturday) when ive clicked play game on STEAM it gives me a black screen with "No Input something" popping up in the middle and then i have to turn my computer off manually via the button.

Whats bugging me more than anything is how it has worked for so long and then just started doing this.

The only day ive managed to get any game time going was Sunday.

I could really use some help guys so if you can ill be very gratefull

How old is this computer? It sounds like your video card is dying. I doubt it would be a driver crash, because if it was, it would still revert to 8bit colour.

So IMO it definitely sounds like a hardware issue.

Do you have any trouble playing other games?

Well I can play L4D, AVP, Just Casue 2 so dont think it can be a video card issue mind I have put my new card in recently

Hmm odd.

Have you updated Windows, your video drivers and DirectX?

yes their all up to date it seems asif the game is choosing when i can play it !! i played on sunday fine, monday morning not working and then today it also doesn't work.
