I just created a file in excel that will calculate the best position and duty for players.
Please read the instructions.

HOW TO USE THIS TOOLCreate a directory in C drive C:\Temp-FM12
Open FM2012
Select a player in FM ( you will reach a screen like the one on the right)
Click on the top right FM logo and select "print screen"
Export in Text File
Then change location to your C:\Temp-FM12 (or keep it as it is but then you will have to paste all those RTF files late in the folder C:\Temp-FM12)
Export on the players you need
Open Excel and allow the macro to run. ("Enable content" the yellow bar just above the formula bar)
Click on the button "import players"
Select a player from the drop down list
After reading those instructions click on ready below

Limitations:
Cannot import more than 51 players.
Only tested with FM 2012 and excel 2010.
Only if players that can adapt to those new position… so the realy is only
theoretical
Useless for keepers
