Hey , i'm Man Untd Manager in the season 2018/2019
i am trying to buy Dutch star Memphis Depay from Arsenal but they rejected all my offers ( last offer was 97M )
the player extremely want to sign with my club and he is unhappy and asked to leave !
D.Moyes who manege Arsenal Doesn't let him go !!
is there any way to Force him to accept my offer ? it should The desire of the player has a role here Because he badly want to come to my Team

Nope. If Arsenal don't want to sell, they won't. You can't really force him to come. He may create enough stir over there to be transfer listed, or atleast more accessible, but it's unlikely.
 
The player force his manager to sell him to my club but that doesn't work !
i even became one of Depay's favorite persons !
 
Player desire should play Serious role in this case
