Don't get what you're trying to prove by posting his history for you, I could just as easily show you him from mine where he's never won a single thing and still plays for spurs. That wouldn't prove he's terrible though.

For 20mil yes he's an amazing player, but the OP isn't getting him for 20mil...

I've seen people blow 50-60mil on him which is a waste, just like it is buying Neymar who goes for the same if not more. That's why I said he's overrated and isn't worth it, you just seem unable to understand that.
