Ttraining glitch

My friends fm has glitched we dunno what to do he says:

'i have 15 staff, but in training they arent there and when you look further in training it crashes, fine otherwise, but no players train.

coaches dont apperar in training
schedules disapear when you make them
then crashes'

Anyone got any ideas what's up and how to fix it? cheers.

So annoying as you can still play but your team wont perform well at all....
