Turning Belgium Blue and Black

Turning Belgium Blue and Black is my story about turning Club Brugge into one of the Belgium's and the World's powerhouses. I will be doing two monthly rewiews every post.

Club Brugges Nickname is 'Blauw-Zwart' which means 'Black and Blues.' We Have a fierce rivalry with Anderlecht and Cercle Brugge which I hope to dominate.

The clubs Finances are good but we need to cut our losses.

So Brugge are really successful in this league winning the Belgian Pro League 13 times and the Super Cup 13 times! They have also won the Belgian Cup 10 times and the Belgian Second Division, but don't worry we won't be going back there.

Good story try using gudjohnsen as a striker worked for me when i played with them :)

Ok thanks, He doesn't currently have a place in the team but you'll see why in a few minutes.

Transfers:

I think my first foray into the market went quite successful, grabbing Velikonja for 925k was a steal from when I've paid much more in other saves. First time trying Ignio Perez and he looks to be good, the deal amounts up to 2.1 with clauses. My final cash transfer in was Nicolas Blandi Not played any games so far but will get a look in for the next game.

Pro league:

Not a good start but we weren't made favourites to win and Ignio Perez was unfit.

Good win here, got a little worrying in the end but thats why a 2+ goal lead is important.

Poor result in a game we were expected to win in.
~

View attachment 378226
Poor draw in another game we were expected to win, the team has to shape up or ship out.

If it's any consolation we drew against Genk who we were expected to lose to.

Europa league Play-off:

Absolutely shocking display in Slovakia, hopefully the second leg will contain a miracle...

And a miracle has occurred!! Excellent display in Bruges with Lestienne getting half of the goals.

That's all for this update next one will be in September.

I took a team meeting before the game and it seems the extra motivation worked.
