Tutor shortlist

Yo, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping making a tutoring shortlist? I was thinking of making a shortlist with purely Model Professionals (Maybe Professional too) and Leaders (the best personalities) so people can fully develop their youngsters. I was thinking possibly a cheaper list, which would include the cheaper ones and Professionals.

I don't know if you can filter it using FMRTE, but you definitely can't normally, which is why I'm suggesting a collaborative effort.

This is a good idea, I think that it would be good to make a shortlist of players that can teach moves like "Curls ball" and "Gets into opposition area" which you can't ask players to learn.

not a bad idea will add some as I go... Milito was a machine tutor for me for a lot of my players for Sc Freiburg, he is one of the best I have used

Taras Stepanenko might be a Model Professional depending on what he gets for his random person attributes, but has set high values for professionalism and sportsmanship and usually is a Model Professional in my games. He's also interesting for attaining that personality at the age of 20.

I don't personally worry too much about their personalities, I am more worried about the increase in stats and the learning of certain PPM's.... I like Determined personalities!

Quick Search of high Influence and 13+ Determination, 2 key attributes to a good tutor. You could add in work rate and so on though,

teamwork and work rate are the next most important attributes for me.... its always first for determination (1st option) then work rate and teamwork (2nd or 3rd option)

Actually, Professionalism is the most important attribute for attribute increase, which is why the personality is so important! More here and here

Any ideas how to do the shortlist? Just have all of them in one?
