Tutor shortlist

yeah, just add them all together, you can divide it up per position, but that would make 6 different shortlists and be a pain... people can just filter positions they are looking for in the shortlist itself :)

Marcos Senna(DM) *Villrreal* and Diego lopez of the same team (GK) both very good tutee's?
 
I tried a quick search in the editor for 15+ professionalism, determination, work rate, teamwork and influence, 12+ pressure (not sure why I did this one, seemed a decent idea) and at most 7 pressure and got 137 results.
 
Using the editor, lets you search personality traits (although not types) and stops you missing out on players you haven't loaded.
 
Just warned a player for a bad performance - increase in determination and work rate! Score!
 
Marco Materazzi has influence of 19. Would he be a good option to tutor young centre halves?

I'll have to check in the editor, but I'm not sure his personality after the incident with Zidane's that good. But I did have him tutor before!
 
These four attributes for a tutor right?

Determination - 20
Influence - 20
Work rate - 17
Teamwork - 18

I'm guessin that my tutor with these written attributes up here with the values is one of the best tutors i could have right?
 
yeah pretty much, personality counts as well, it wont be that good if he is Volatile or Short tempered maybe.. but I dont worry too much about that :) 99% of the time their personalities change to Determined (once over 16 or 17) and that suits me perfectly as I like to have a highly Determined team (so I have tutors of 18 plus most of the time)

Personality - Born Leader...

I've been already using him as a tutor in my Schalke save, he's tutoring Gavranovic! (Don't know if it's a good choice, hopefully it will be :D)

Yeah same. In the game his personality is "Leader" and his Work rate attribute is 17. Determination is 19, Team Work 13 quite low and Influence 19

Did you read the thing about how much professionalism actually counts for attribute increase? Determination is good for never giving up, but you'd preferably have both!
 
Add Marek Hamsik into the list after a couple of seasons. He became a Leader for me.
