Tutoring problems

Hey all,

Im not sure what i am doing wrong but for some reason every time a tutoring session finishes i get the same result which is.. "gained very little"

This happens even when my assistent suggest tutoring. I always pair my tutor and tutee based on their similar personalities, but never get any result beter than "gained very little"

How can i improve on this?

I always look at what the senior players determination and influence is, as if its less then 15 out of 20 then i wont use them to tutor my youngsters.
Include this with their personalities and position recipe for success for me normally.
