Tutoring Refusals

Hey.
I have a lot of experienced players that are refusing to tutor younger players.
What is the reason behind their refusal?

Is it some hidden attributes, personality-alikeness or some other thing?

I have found no system in the refusals, so would really like to hear if anyone knowns the secret about this!

I have very often tutored players with different personality (this is actually the main reason to tutor)
But are their certain personality that don't match or how can I try and understand the differences...

Yeah, it could strengthen relations between players, so maybe you're right.
