Tutoring

I was just wondering how you get players to tutor other players,i mind being bale to do it on the other games but cant remeber now, so if someone could refresh my memory would be much appreciated!!

basically, you go to the profile of the player that you want to learn, click on player interaction and at the bottom you will see an area with "linked Players", choose the player you want him to learn from and then decide from the options under "learn from player (internal)" just above it.....and voila, your youngster is now learning
