Tutoring

At first, sorry if this is the wrong forum...

the question: Should older player who is tutoring play more or be in higher role than young guy? I'm planning to get veteran player as tutor role but not exactly use him much on field.

It probably won't let you set him as a tutor unless he has a senior role in the team, I've tried it before buying someone as Backup but they couldn't tutor
