everytime one of my younger players has finished bin tutored it just says blah blah has learnt a little how do i get them to learn more or will it always say that they learnt a little

try matching the tutors and young player mentality

It also helps if the youth player has the senior player as favoured personell

when you go to the experienced player and go to tutoring....the first player it brings up in the little box is the best suited for that tutor.

may not be ideal player you want but its what the club feel.
