Tutoring

I am playing FM for 3 days now and i cant find way to put some player to Toutor another. So can someone help me ?

you go to player interaction for the young player you wish to have tutored then, suggest he uses z player as a role model or would learn from him, then the senior pro will announce if he is happy to tutor him or not
