I have a really good prospect called Joey O'Brien (m c) who, although he lists Dean Hammond (m rc) as one of his favourite players, refuses to be tutored by him. I thought Dean Hammond would be a good tutor for him as he's an experienced player, club captain and one of his favoured players. Now O'Briens sulking because I suggested Hammond work with him. Why does this happen?

If the two players personalities are too different they may have a personality clash and the tuition will fail. Take a look at this thread.

I've seen this thread before. I just thought there wouldn't be a clash due to O'Brien listing Hammond as one of his favourite players, yet it was O'Brien who said he didn't want to be tutored
