Tutors needed

Please can people suggest:

(a) Reasonably priced players between the ages of 25-32/3 with good personalities (Model citizen, resolute etc) to bring in (in my 2nd season) at Ajax to tutor my many hot prospects in the following positions:

CB
DM
CF
AM (R/L)

So far Im bringing in Kara plus perennial favourites of mine Dario Conca (Model Pro) and Thiago Neves.

(b) Players who have the attributes to be good tutors generally.

I know this is a rather old thread and these players arent specifically for CBs nor fm15 but this is the list I've managed to
put together after searching the web for a day for great tutors. all are based on professionalism, the 2 in the middle are Model Citizens (apparently, havent tried on fm15 yet)
Oh, BTW, I have omitted expensive known players like Lampard, Terry, Carrick etc etc!
