I was just wondering who people think are really effective tutors for young players? Just started a new save and would like to know if anyone has any players they think that could tutor in an effective way.

If you have a young player that you want to be tutored, click on his individual training screen and your coaches will suggest the most suitable senior player(s) to tutor him for you.

The suggestions from the coaches are only as good as the coaches themselves, so poor coaches will offer poor advice, just like a poor scout will give you poor advice on a player.

Generally a player with very good mental attributes is suitable as a tutor for a young player. Really you want the 2 players playing in the same position and in a similar role. Looks for signs like the potential tutor being on the young players favoured personnel list, or discussing each other in the media etc. Club legends tend to work well with young players too.

He is THE tutor. But I forgot whether you had to load up a certain country for him to appear or not.
