Two questions Both financial and about players

Hello guys

So I've got this question for you. Have anyone of you ever managed to buy or build a new stadium ?
And if you have how much does your balance have to be ?

Second question is how often can you ask a player to tutor another ? I've had both essien and de rossi tutoring but now when ever I go to private chat I can't choose that option.
And its been like 1 year since they lasted tutored.

think the board decides on whether to expand or build a new stadium,think it depends on if ur getting a full house each wk,u can ask the board to expand or build from the boardroom,balance well depends on how big the board decide to expand by i guess.

on my west ham club the balance was in the red, and they took out a loan, the selling of the old ground, and stadium sponsors, worked out to be about £303 million, took 2 years to build, not played that save for awhile now, they have just moved into it

on my Dagenham game to buy the stadium i only needed to have a balance off £300k, the club did take a £1.3 million loan
