If you look at the top of page 5 in this thread, I uploaded an Everton Tycoon save that I believe was on the 12.0.4 patch.

Doesen't matter...You just need to Add A New Manager

Here's a recently relegated Salamanca tycoon takeover, it's like mid-September 2019 I think and they're top of the Spanish second tier but meh, it's a tycoon takeover; just add manager :3

12.2.2 database. 12.4 update. (I think)

Please post how good it is so people can download it if they want to.
