you cant it is just random think of it as a random event if you want a rich owner you could make one in the editor but wont be as fun
 
does anyone know, are certain clubs more prone to tycoon takeovers than others? or is it just completely randomised?

There are clubs that start with their chairmen looking to sell and also clubs in administration as well. After that I'm not sure. Maybe There's a chairman loyalty stat or something like that in the editor.
 
In future, is it possible for people to perhaps follow a format when they're uploading saves?

For instance:

Club:
Year:
Version of FM (most important):
Other info:

because i just wasted a lot of time downloading saves when they weren't compatible with the version i have. i think it would help everybody. Cheers :D
