I added myself as a manager to test it and the initial budget was only a few thousand. You may have to play a few weeks for the budget as Napoli were interested in both of my CB's who I were selling for £10M+ a few weeks later in January. Still want me to upload? I can post a screenshot to prove it's a tycoon takeover.
