End Of Season Review

League Position; 4th (Below Target :()
FA Cup: Winner (Penalties vs. Manchester Utd.)
Carling Cup: Winner (2 - 1 vs. Liverpool)
European Cup: Quarter Final (Knocked out by Inter)

Overall, I think we could have had a better season. Although doing the double was alright, I was expecting a bit better with the squad we had. We have done well however starting to build a young foundation of a great team. 4th in the league is UNACCEPTABLE and I promise an improvement next year. Although winning the FA Cup and Carling Cup is fantastic. I expect a huge performance next year and will be aiming to win the Champions League and League. When I complete these goals I will perhaps move on. We scored an incredible 94 goals, but conceded 43 so defence will be my main objective to steel up the defence. Another aim is Carlos Tevez.

Players Of The Season:

Sergio Aguero (28 Goals & 28 Assists)
Michael Essien (4 Goals & 7 Assists)
Frank Lampard (11 Goals & 8 Assists)
Edin Dzeko (9 Goals in 14 Appearances)

Great season mate. Unlucky about the champions league though

Cheers mate, sorry about the crappy end of season update. I want to crack on with the new season!

Sorry for the gap, boys and girls but I'm back and I'm ready to continue with the story, July & August update soon.

July and August

Community Shield
Wembley Stadium
Chelsea 5 - 1 Manchester Utd
Sergio Aguero (3), Stevan Jovetic, Edin Dzeko.
Managers View: I am extrememly happy with the boys as we come straight into the new season with a humongous victory over Manchester United and claim the Community Shield for the second year running. World Player of the Year Sergio Aguero was pure class here.

Premier League #1
St. James' Park
Chelsea 3 - 0 Wolves
Sergio Aguero (2), Michael Owen.
Managers View: A very good three points for the first game this season putting newly promoted Newcastle away and avoiding a big upset. Very proffesional by the boys and new-signing Michael Owen hitting the back of the net in typical poacher style.

Premier League #26
The Circle
Chelsea 4 - 3 Hull
Edin Dzeko (2), Sergio Aguero, Didier Drogba.
Managers View: Great game for neutrals, poor from us. We should never concede three to a team. However, this does not really matter as we scored four and won the game.

ECC Best Placed Playoff
Georgios Karaiskakis
Chelsea 5 - 1 Olympiakos
Sergio Aguero, Moussa Sissoko, Didier Drogba, John Terry Edin Dzeko.
Managers View: A stunning performance from the boys in the end. They went 1 - 0 down very early due to an error from keeper Petr Cech but ended up winning 5 - 1 as goals were firing past oposition keeper.

AUGUST CONT LATER!
