Hello. My club in FM is Barcelona and I would like to control my U-19 team. I have checked "Control team" in Team Policy, but nothings is happening. Still my U-19 team is controlling by coach. I want to control this team, because I would like to play the same tactics in first team and in U-19 team, but U-19 teamt coach use normal 4-4-2 tactic. So what can I do, if I want to control my U-19 team?
