U-21 Management

I'm new here, so don't know if I've put this in the right place. Anyway;

I'm playing online with my mate and just wondered; If he takes an International managing job, can he offer me the U-21 manager's job? And do we keep our jobs at our respective clubs too?

Or, can i apply for an U-21 Manager's position anyway?

Yes. You can manage the U-21's aswell as your club, and your friend can offer you the job.

Can anyone explain how I do it? He's been employed by Bolivia if that makes any difference. He wants me to manager the U-20's because of my brilliant youth skills.
