U18 & U23 Set Piece Takers

Hello everyone,

I don't what I'm doing wrong but it makes me angry. Whenever I attach all those players to corners, free kicks etc and later when I'm checking it before the game it's not saved and I have to do it all over again. You have all set then check something else and why I'm back it always disappeared.
Someone some suggestion?

I never knew you could set the set-piece routines in the youth squads.
