U19 Champions League?

Is there anyway to set up a European Cometition for Under19s teams? For instance if your team qualify for the Champions League then you Under 19 team will play the same fixtures?

the only way i can figure out is changing the rules to using 18players as under 19s....but i will look into it more soon...im done work for the holidays so i will have more time. i am working on a competition right now, so after im done that i will get to work on the u19
