U23/U18 managers

Hey Guys,

What do you look for when employing and Under 23/18's manager?

I'm trying to get someone with decent Attritubtes for a manager but it's hard to find a good one.

What would you say is the most important attribute? Tactical Knowledge? Man Management?

Also, is anyone getting it where they always lock in the "waive fee for managerial position"?

Under 23s i look at who can benefit my first team training stars and also has decent man management, tatical knowledge and motivation.

under 18s i am more fussy, i look for the full range working with youngsters, decent ability judging, tactical knowledge, motivation and man management. i make them use my tatics and set the training but they still need a leader so i try to give them a mini me that has enough about them to give me decent reports.
