14m for Jano is a steal whoever got him. Shaqiri at 35m is crazy, good player but no worth anything close to that. Also spending 39m on a chairman is ridiculous.

Who am I to judge others' teams though, they'll still probably beat me!

nahh that's a pissy idea. Your charimans budget shouldn't be activated during the auction. Otherwise everyone would be bidding high for the likes of Abromavich.

There was no problems with the 350m set.. in fact, that's generous for most auctions. If you spend 350 and don't have enough players to field a team there is a big, big problem.
 
I don't really understand the chairmen bit. If your chairman has a +60m financial capability then does that add on 60m to your initial budget or in game club budget?

game club budget mate......Its right what Nisi Optimum said 350m is being kind, and if you cannot manage that budget, then.....................well your in the ****.

It's okay you like being smart.. but why the f* you think i wanna bid that amount for a chairman - if the money is not added to my budget?

@potta and nil satis...
If the money from the chairmans is being added to the clubs, it means transfers will be enabled between our (and every other) club in the game. which will undermine the squads everyone creates?!

I couldnt believe I got Jano so cheaply, maybe because there was more well known players which everyone bidded for. To be honest though there was no runner up bid, so I could of got him for £1mill!

Your managers will not be able to buy or sell players in the game, I have created a permenant ban on transfers within the game, the money is purly there for clubs not going into debt, otherwise your clubs would be in administartion by the end of the first season via players wages and the running of the clubs etc............I will comprimise tho, I will add the chairmens budget to your balance after the first season has ended to bring players in from the auction........I think thats fair!?

Not really. In every other auction game a chairmans budget isn't added onto your auction transfer kitty.

Perhaps Potta's solution may be better for next season you get the budget, but not during this auction.
