Uefa competitions with old rules

I'm sorry for creating a new thread, but i tried searching and found nothing.

Is there any database with the 99/03 Champions League rules (the double group stage) + Uefa Cup (with the group stage too) and the Uefa Winners Cup?

I already found one with only the Winner's Cup, but i can't seem to find the others. Any help?
