No one cares, that's the problem. Otherwise United, a team with zero debt, would never had been takenover and saddled with nearly 700m in debt.

Your right, the authorities who run football don't care. FFP is their (misguided in my opinion) attempt to rectify the problems though.
 
The problems is, that it is legal. It shouldn't be, but it is.

No, I checked my facts. What he did was actually illegal. He sold Rangers assets (which he didn't own, and would never be in a position to sell) to ticketus for 24M£. This was then used to pay parts of Rangers' debt, which was required for him to buy the club for a symbolic 1£. He had sold something that wasn't his (at the time), and is now being investigated by police.

Ah thats different to what the Glazers did :(. What they did was legal. Sadly.
