With the big kick off only 20 days away and squads left completely blank after radical changes were made this summer the whole country is gripped with Auction Fever.
Some said it wouldn't work and that players would revolt but we've spoken to a few and the reaction was certainly positive.
"I'm really looking forward to it. We all needed a change and with this it brings a whole new prospective to the game." - Emile Heskey, who is up for auction today and has already been subject of a few offers.
"To be honest I was apprehensive about it all, but we've all been won over its got everyone talking and thats only a good thing." - John Terry.
"If fans think it's exciting now then wait until next season when more coverage comes in and maybe more leagues across not just Europe but the world game." - Co-Founder of the new Regime, Jack Bullock.
So we have been promised excitement but will it come, we will have to wait and see.
Each club has been given a certain wage budget and a certain Transfer Budget, It is said that these budgets are huge to complete a squad of players to compete in this league.
For people not 100% on how it works, The 20 founders of the league have clubbed together and bought the BPL along with paying every players wages! each club has had to pay the founders £50m for the £500m in tokens ready to bid for the players.
the first round of bidding has already started and we find out tomorrow what the outcome will be.
