UNBELEIVABLE!

at half time I went mental! And 3 minutes after Torquay score a third and I turned away thinking oh well! But L. Roses Scored and i though oh hello!! Then the next two goals go in to send it to extra time and the lads are looking tired and penalties loom but up steps Allessandro Del Cardozo to volley a beauty into the top corner to win it in the 120th minute of the tie!!
 
awww man, overmars injured :[ Stewart is doing well though :D

Athletic draw at home in a close fought affair which could have gone either way but went neither way!

So only two teams left in the FA Trophy as United went out in first round and Athletic in that horrid 4-0 at Halifax!

Back to the league then as all four sides play together for first time in a while due to the cups! A big win for Athletic at the teqm who beat them 4-0 a couple of weeks back, also solid wins for the others! Including a brace each for K. Laing and J. Southern!
 
Gary getting his first hat trick of the year, and now back on my 5 games without a goal now.

SETANTA SHIELD QUARTER FINALS!

The big game between City and Athletic was boring with The Yellows holding City well until the 79th minute where Michael Gary opened the scoring and i thought it would finish 1-0 but a brilliant header by Shackman leveled matters! Then Iker Xavier popped up with a free kick from 35 yards to win it!!
 
I think if Laing hadnt got injured he'd be up there with del cardozo on the scoring charts!
 
As far as promotion goes I can't see past United winning it and City going through playoffs!!
