Ultimate hardcore tactical challenge

For those who are still playing fm15 or just scrolling the forum to see new posts, I present a challenge so hard that it will drive you crazy before you finish the first season. Meet Panileiakos, an absolute Greek underdog who has a transfer budget of 0 and all generic players. The goal is to survive the first season in the Greek b division south and then turn the club into a powerhouse. BUT under the following conditions:

1. You must play using patch 15.3.2 that is database 15.3.0 Update - LATEST DATABASE
2. You have to play FMC because if you play full mode the team will have around 1.8 million transfer budget and will not have a single player, which would not make sense as a challenge
3. You should keep all existing players until they retire or a good enough offer comes along for them
4. There are no new signings, it is only possible to use players from the local academy and youth intake
5. NO cheating tools, editors, or any form of external influence on the game are permitted.
6. Instant result is not allowed

Finally, whoever succeeds should post screenshots of their results throughout the season and the file containing the tactic they used.
