No, don't change their roles or PIs...

The only what you should do is just take MCR and drag him to MC position in order to free MCR position then take MCL and drag him to MCR position that should be free and them take MCR from MC position and drag him to MCL position.

When it comes to the weak foot's rating then there's the same system as with attributes :

1 – 4 = "Very Weak"
5 – 8 = "Weak"
9 – 11 = "Reasonable"
12 – 14 = "Fairly Strong"
15 – 17 = "Strong"
18 – 20 = "Very Strong" (20 = Main foot)


You can use a player even with "Weak" rating for the left foot at MCL position but you need understand that he'll be less efficient than a left footed player or a players that has at least "Fairly Strong" rating for the left foot.

But I'd say for CM (D) it isn't that important but for BBM it's important.

Ehhh... Guys, now I clearly see that it was a big mistake to change DLF to AF. :(

Would you honestly say this tactic should do just as good in FM touch (pc version) as in the "normal version" of the game?
 
Great tactic for Spurs! Won PL, EL and capital one cup. Lost against City in the a cup final. 1st season. Kana managed too score 45 goals in total.
 
The individual training focus in the OP is different from the players positions. the mcr in the tactic is a BBM not an advanced playmaker, and the full backs are not Complete wingbacks.. is this a mistake?

its not a mistake, just train your players on the individual training drom the op

I love the fact everyone keeps doing mirror versions but the simple fact is you only have to drag the MCR (or MCL) to the central MC spot and move the opposite MC into the MCR (or MCL) spot...

I started a new save with Everton to try V4 and it's been working just amazing so far :)
