Unable to access football manager help??

I have installed football manager on my new laptop, however after playing it once after it automatically loaded after installation i try to play it again but fail to find any shortcut or link to access football manager can anyone help me?

Try C / Program Files / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2010 / FM (apllication file)
