Unable to change Match Training focus area when in International Management

Hi, as it says in the title, I can't change the additional focus area in the tactics display screen from 'Tactics Only' when managing an international team. I can change the option but as soon as I leave the screen, it will change back to tactics only. Does anyone know how to fix this?
