I wanted to bring Boro' back to the Premier League, using FM Live Editor, naturally and I gave myself a huge transfer budget and also a huge wage budget. But, despite having a wage budget of 6.5 million pounds per week, I'm unable to offer more than 34,000 pounds per week to a player. How to rectify this?
