unable to expand stadium

Hi,
this is a query from FM15 (i cant stop playing my ebbsfleet save!).

I've had a new stadium built (5 seasons ago), and its been upgraded a couple of times. Though now, since a takeover (8 months ago) I'm not able to request another expansion or new stadium.

I'm in the Premier League, got over 100m in the bank with no overheads.

Is this a glitch or it just there's a new board?

Anyone seen something like this?

yeah, 98% last season. 12500 season ticket holders for 15000 stadium
 
I think its something like 20 years before you can get a new stadium in the game, or at least it was on previous year games. I have the same issue; I am Wolfsburg and I have just won back to back champions leagues in 2019 and 2020 whilst also winning the Bundesliga 5 years on the run.

I have a bank balance of £427,000,000 through selling my best players each year and replacing them with youngsters, however I still cannot expand my 30,000 seater stadium due to it being 18 years old. I sell out every game and have 27,300 season ticket holders.
 
in previous games they would tell you if they're unable to expand etc.

if ive got to wait 15 years for a new stadium im screwed.

oh well, will try to make my goal of winning the prem and move on i guess.

thats season ticket holders.

98% is my average attendance (season ticket holders + non season ticket holders + away fans (presumably))
 
prob too new, no board would build another only 5 yrs later.
 
probably right. though not being able to expand is rubbish, or not being given the option to expand. oh well.
