I have a similar problem, but only with one save in particular (and I'm years in - it's gutting). When I select the game under the 'load' menu, the game instantly switches to a kind of large windowed mode (and the cursor goes all weird like I'm using the wrong screen size) and a warning pops up saying 'game could not be loaded'. I've never had a crash dump before and this only occurs with the one save file, so I'm discounting that as a possibility. I also have no facepacks or logo's and I haven't used FMRTE or anything.
Anyone have any idea's?
