Unable to play in windowed mode?

Help for some reason i am unable to play FM 2011 in Windowed mode. It is "blacked out"

i heard its got to do with screen resolution

Right click your FM shortcut then go to properties then you want to type something into target, but i cant remember what you type lol
hoepfully someone else remembers
