Unable To Recall LOAN PLAYERS

I find sometimes theirs a player out on loan who you cannot recall, on 15 it was Santon at Newcastle and this year it was Quintero at FCP, if you offer a loan Extension and then include the 'Can be recalled' you can recall them the same day the offer accepted by your club it doesn't always work (some clubs don't want to extend loan)

Are they paying a fee? that is usually a restriction on recall.

dont think it matters i often offer loan extensions as long as the other team accept the extension its good to go

IIRC you can only recall during transfer windows if the player it at a European club?

When you loan a player make sure before you accept the loan the clause to recall from loan is there. If not you need to put that clause. Most of the loan offers doesn't have, we need to put ourself.
