Anyone else experienced this problem. I got QPR up in the Preniership and as you would expected started to strengthen the team.
I've signed my first player since being promoted and in news I'm asked to register the player. I click on the link only to find I'm not able to. What a pain, 14 hours invested only to now be blocked as I'm not allowed to continue unless I register the player (this is the 25 man registration). for some reason the option isn't there to register him.
I checked my old save as a premiership team (WBA) and I can see this option is available to an existing prem team but obviously not to a team that gets promted
