Unambitious

I'm looking at signing an 18 year old bulgarian regen who projects to be a leading greek superleague striker in the near future (already has 8 goals in 15 appearances). He is on loan, and I have a buy option for $100,000 which is excellent.

However his personality is unambitious. I don't recall having to much luck or problems with unambitious players. Will signing for a club of my stature and being tutored improve his ambition? I've noticed over 4 months of being with me, he hasn't improved statistically.

It depends on the general personality of your squad, and also the players adaptability. Look on Club's Information screen to see the squad personality. Higher adaptability will mean he will adjust to he squads general personality easier.
