Under 20 registration?

Hi guys, I've never managed in the Championship before and I'm starting one with Wolves, since I have LFCMarshall's update (thank you btw), I have Bjorn Sigurdarson and Leigh Griffiths etc, since they qualify as U-20, do I need to register them so they can play? Or because of the U-20 rule, can I play them without them being registered in the league?

you don't need to register them since they are under the age of 21
