Under 21 problem

My current game has decided to appoint Graeme Souness as Scotland under 21 manager. I don't want this to happen as Billy Stark hasn't left or been fired. My problem is this: In the data editor ther is no Scotland under 21 team that I can find. Billy Stark is listed as reserve team manager for Scotland. How do I unappoint Graeme Souness, (when I can't find the role in the data editor) and appoint Billy Stark to the correct job title i.e. under 21 manager?
