Andorra is a very poor footballing nation but this is mainly due to it being very small. There national football team has only ever won 3 games and they only receive one place in the Champions League. I am going to manage a team in the second division and get them into the premierleague. Once there I will try and get them into the Champions League and increase income. Once there is enough income I will update the youth facilities to try and improve the standard of players for the national team. After a good number of years I will then take over the national team and try and qualify them for a European Championship or a World Cup.
