Unemployed career

hi all
i have just started a career unemployed and got the job at us colomiers .

which are obviously a weak team and i do get beat often, im just wondering whether i am best off playing counter direct football that is high paced with a 4 5 1 sort of formation or to go possesion and play safe with like a 4-2-3-1 formation. and do i go defensive for away games with the 4-5-1 or even a 5-3-2 ?

If it's a lower league club, you should try a tactic like this:

there is a a decent 4141 in the thread seaction but bebetoos 451 is pretty decent for lower teams, just switch is to direct passing down the flanks.

thanks i will try both , that betaboos 451 worked first game won 3-1 but with retain poss and short might be even better with direct like you said going to see.

Will let you know if the 4213 works as well thanks for replying
