Unemployed - whats going to happen?

I' ve decided to try something a bit different and start as a unemployed manager. Im going to start with the reputation of automatic I would like to build my reputation and move to and from a lot of clubs to hopefully one day manage a big team.
I know that was a bad opening but i didnt know what to put but i hope some of you will follow ​
